This was really good experience and definitely worth the money. I wanted to get picked up from the hotel rather than from one of the proposed places, so I left the pick up place to be set later. Organizer called me shortly and we have agreed the pick up place at my hotel which was very convenient. Driver appeared in the hotel 1 hour before agreed pick up time (to avoid the traffic) and let me still have a breakfast in the hotel. He was nice, stopped for a break, answered all questions. We have easily found the guide who was indeed well communicating in English, told interesting stories, could explain many details and had nice sense of humor. He was helping during shopping and wa flexible in adjusting the program, which was at the end more rich than I expected. I can recommend this offer. Both driver and the guide deserve tips.

Great one to do! Raj is an excellent guide and you get to know everything about tea, visit his local village, delicious home cooked meal and just a great day out!

The tour was fantastic. Learned about past and present history and got a chance to see a traditional dance taking place within the temple. Be sure to ask when you can see the temple elephant.
